Mixed use project combining a group of Residential units, a 28 floors Hotel Tower, a Shopping Mall and an Amusement Park.
The Basements, Provide parking spaces for all the project components along with storage rooms, technical spaces and other facilities. A 36MW primary sub-station and a chillers plant to serve the whole project are located in the basement levels (over three and four levels). The basements are served by several ramps from the three main roads surrounding the site.
